Originally trained as an Obstetrician & Gynecologist, practicing as a pathologist for more than two decades, and working as an executive coach, I have a unique background in both medicine and coaching.

As Professor and Chair of the Department of Pathology at a major academic medical center in the United States, I have delivered successful outcomes on numerous fronts by creating a culture of accountability, transparency, and inclusivity. After picking myself back up many times, I achieved more success than I ever dreamed possible.

Motivated by the need to cultivate resilient and inspiring leaders, I became a certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute. I also hold certification from the International Coach Federation.

I coach physicians on leadership advancement, career growth and wellness.

I work with multinational organizations either on an individual basis or in tandem with large-scale leadership development programs. I have coached many leaders around the world. Coaching has far-reaching rewards for organizations, leaders, and the world!
